Valgrey is not a licensed CPA firm; its engagements are not attestation audits, reviews, or compilations under AICPA standards and do not constitute assurance opinions. Where audited financial statements are required (e.g., for bonding or lending), Valgrey prepares records to audit-ready condition and coordinates with the client's independent CPA. Valgrey does not provide services requiring licensure under Chapter 473, Florida Statutes.
No legal or tax advice. Nothing on this website or in Valgrey deliverables is legal or tax advice. References to Florida Statutes (including Chapters 489, 605, 607, 713, and 440, F.S.) are provided for operational-compliance context only. Clients are directed to licensed Florida attorneys and CPAs for legal and tax matters.
No contractor services. Valgrey is a management consultancy. It does not perform, offer, or contract for construction services and holds no contractor license under Chapter 489, F.S. Construction-related services are limited to administrative, financial, and compliance support for licensed contractors. Valgrey does not supervise construction work or subcontractors.
Confidentiality. Client financial records are handled confidentially, retained for seven years per our documented retention policy, and never shared without written authorization except as required by law.

Information we collect
This website does not use user accounts, cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. We receive personal information through this site only when you choose to send it — by email, or through our contact form (your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry). Form submissions are captured by Netlify, our website hosting provider, which delivers them to us by email; Netlify's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email communications
If we send you commercial email, it will identify Valgrey Business Management as the sender and include a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored within ten business days, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
Safeguards and breach notification
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for personal information in our custody, consistent with the Florida Information Protection Act (§501.171, Florida Statutes). In the event of a breach of security affecting your personal information, we will provide notice as required by that statute.
Retention
Client records are retained for seven years under our documented retention policy, then securely disposed of. Records are disposed of in accordance with §501.171(8), Florida Statutes.
Children
This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion of information you have sent us, email greyrs@valgrey.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are required to retain by law or professional obligation.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
